摘要：The current paper proposes an analysis of the Romanian car insurance validity market. The
topic is relevant at national and European level, and our analysis will be based on indicators
such as gross written premiums, motor claims paid for bodily injuries, motor claims paid
for property damage, market share on Motor Insurance market. We will also determine the
degree of concentration on this market using Gini Struck Concentration Index.
