摘要：O objetivo deste trabalho é verificar o comportamento da taxa de crime nos municípios brasileiro, de modo a proporcionar argumentos sobre a análise de convergência da criminalidade. Para realizar tal tarefa será utilizada a metodologia de Cadeias de Markov para construção da matriz de transição que descreverá a tendência das taxas de crime. Os dados utilizados para representar a quantidade de crimes é a taxa de criminalidade por cem mil habitantes. Tais informações foram coletadas junto ao Ministério da Justiça e correspondem a 2.141 municípios brasileiros. Os resultados destacam uma evolução na taxa de crimes o Brasil, sendo observado um crescimento bastante significativo no número de localidades com alto nível de homicídios.
其他摘要：The aim of this study is to check the crime rate behavior in Brazilian municipalities, in order to provide arguments on the analysis of the convergence of crime. To accomplish this task will be used the methodology of Markov chains for construction of the transition matrix that describes the trend of crime rates. The data used to represent the amount of crime is the crime rate per hundred thousand inhabitants. Such information was collected at the Ministry of Justice and correspond to 2,141 Brazilian municipalities. The results highlight an evolution in the rate of crimes Brazil, being observed significant growth in the number of locations with high levels of homicides.
