摘要：Este artículo reconstruye diversos instrumentos y limitaciones del control de la prensa en la esfera federal, y examina las controversias sobre el tema entre la reforma constitucional de 1860 y finales de la década de 1880. Con ese fin se abordan debates legislativos, mensajes presidenciales, fallos de la justicia federal, así como intervenciones de juristas en la prensa especializada de la época y las tesis doctorales que, en la Universidad de Buenos Aires, abordaron esta problemática.
其他摘要：This article analyses the instruments and limitations in the federal control of the press between the constitutional reform of 1860 and the end of the 1880s. To that end, we examine legislative debates, presidential addresses, Supreme Court rulings, articles of jurists in the specialized press and doctoral theses of the University of Buenos Aires that addressed this issue.
