摘要：La calidad de los servicios de salud es un tópico que ha tomado relevancia en el mundo en los últimos años lo cual podría deberse, entre otros factores, a la mayor participación de la población en la administración de los servicios de salud, que exige una mejor calidad de servicio. La presente investigación tuvo como principal objetivo evaluar calidad del servicio en los Centros Materno-Pediátricos del Estado Zulia, mediante la aplicación de un instrumento dirigido a medir la percepción de 259 usuarias a través de una encuesta basada en el modelo Servperf, cuyo coeficiente de Cronbach alcanzó un valor de 0,914 lo cual lo hace altamente confiable. Se usó un muestreo estratificado por conglomerados y el procesamiento y análisis de los resultados permitió ofrecer una medida de la calidad de servicio en los centros considerados. El tipo de investigación fue de tipo aplicada, descriptiva, de campo. Las conclusiones de la investigación arrojaron que “no existe calidad de servicio” en los centros materno-pediátricos del estado Zulia, al obtener una puntuación de 2,86 puntos en el baremo establecido indicando ausencia del rasgo estudiado.
其他摘要：The quality of health services is a topic that has become relevant in the world in recent years, which could be due, among other factors, to the greater participation of the population in the administration of health services, which demands a better quality of service. The main objective of the present investigation was to evaluate the quality of service in the Maternal-Pediatric Centers of Zulia State, by applying an instrument to measure the perception of 259 users through an adapted survey of the Servperf model, with a Cronbach coefficient of 0.914 which makes it highly reliable. A stratified sampling by conglomerates was used and the processing and analysis of the results offered a measure of the quality of service in the centers considered. The type of research was applied, descriptive, and field type. The conclusions of the investigation showed that “there is no quality of service” in the maternal-pediatric centers of Zulia State, obtaining a score of 2.86 points in the scale established for the investigation indicating absence of the trait studied.
