摘要：Neste trabalho, objetivamos produzir uma interpretação sobre a plutocracia e suas governanças ao longo da história da regulação trabalhista brasileira, no início do século XX. Inicialmente, descrevemos a conjuntura do período analisado, a fim de melhor situar o debate. A seguir, comentamos aspectos específicos das lutas trabalhistas, com a consequente oposição dos governantes da época. Empreendemos uma análise qualitativa a partir de concepção dialética de Roberto Lyra Filho que pressupõe que o Direito é luta social constante; não é fixo, estanque e eterno. Corresponde a frutos dos embates travados historicamente na coletividade e vincula-se a princípios básicos de justiça social.
其他摘要：The following work aims to provide an interpretation of the plutocracy and its forms of governance during the history of labor regulation in Brazil at the beginning of the twentieth century. We begin by describing the period under analysis in order to better locate the debate, before commenting on specific aspects of the labor disputes, with the consequent opposition from the period’s governors. We then embark on a qualitative analysis based on Roberto Lyra Filho’s dialectic concept, which presupposes that Law is a constant social struggle rather than being fixed, stagnant, and eternal. This is fitting with the outcomes of clashes to have involved collective groups throughout history and is linked to the basic principles of social justice.
