摘要：En este artículo se presenta el contexto del ordenamiento jurídico del Espacio Europeo de la Educación Superior que permite generar programas educativos de intercambio entre las universidades de los países que se ajustan a este espacio. Se identifican las ventajas e inconvenientes de su aplicación, así como semejanzas y diferencias entre los países que someten sus programas universitarios a acreditaciones internacionales, utilizando como referencias los casos emblemáticos de Reino Unido y España como ejemplos de los dos modelos de acreditación alternativos, el institucional y el de programa educativo a programa educativo.
其他摘要：This paper presents the context of the legal system of the European Higher Education Area that allows the generation of educational exchange programs between the universities of the countries that conform to this space. The advantages and disadvantages of its application are identified, as well as similarities and differences between the countries that submit their university programs to international accreditations, using as examples the British and the Spanish case, the first being a system of institutional accrediting and the second, accreditation of programme to programme.
