摘要：Objetivo: Analizar el potencial de desarrollo turístico de Ures, Sonora, en relación con los elementos arquitectónicos de su imagen urbana y las percepciones que éstos generan en los diferentes actores del sector turístico. Metodología: Para la realización del estudio se utilizó un procedimiento metodológico basado en un enfoque de carácter exploratorio-descriptivo, el cual combina métodos y técnicas, que incluyen la aplicación de entrevistas semiestructuradas, observación directa, taller comunitario participativo y encuesta turística. Resultados: En general, la valorización que dan los visitantes a la imagen urbana de Ures, tiene una connotación distinta a la emitida por sus habitantes, para quienes su significado es más profundo al considerar que las edificaciones antiguas contienen elementos de su identidad y cultura, que difícilmente podrían ser expresados a través de otros medios. El surgimiento del patrimonio arquitectónico de Ures está fuertemente ligado al desarrollo histórico y económico de la localidad; pese al reconocimiento de su importancia, en gran parte se encuentra en estado de franco deterioro.LimitacionEste trabajo ofrece un primer acercamiento al estudio de la imagen urbana en su relación con el turismo en Ures; no obstante, se requiere una evaluación detallada de la potencialidad individual de cada elemento patrimonial para el diseño e implementación de planes y proyectos de desarrollo turístico focalizados a este tipo de recursos. ConclusionPara que el pueblo de Ures pueda aprovechar las oportunidades que actualmente ofrece la actividad turística, entre otras cosas es necesario adecuar y poner en valor los recursos tangibles de su legado histórico-cultural, mediante la articulación efectiva entre los distintos actores. Ures pudiera potenciar significativamente su desarrollo turístico, y en consecuencia, al ser la principal puerta de entrada a la Ruta del Río Sonora, incidiría favorablemente en el desarrollo turístico sustentable de esta amplia región.
其他摘要：Objective: To analyze the tourism development potentialities of Ures, Sonora, Mexico, in relation to the architectonic components of the town´s urban image, as well as the perceptions of the different actors in the tourism sector. Methodology: This is an exploratory-descriptive study; the technics used included the application of a tourist survey, semi structured interviews; also, a participative workshop was held with local residents. Results: In general, the valorization of visitors to Ures as a destination image has a different connotation to that perceived by local residents. To the latter, the meaning is more profound, arguing that the original constructions contain important aspects of their cultural identity, which cannot be expressed by other means. The rise of Ures architectonic heritage is strongly linked to its historic and economic development; in spite of the recognition of the importance of this legacy, at present most of the buildings are in open detriment. Limitations: This paper offers a first approach to the study of urban image related to tourism in Ures; nonetheless, a more detailed evaluation of each historic legacy element should be carried out, as a basis of design and implementation of projects of tourism development focused on this type of resources. Conclusions: In order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by tourism, among other things, it is necessary to adjust and revalorize the tangible resources of Ures´s historic legacy, through and effective articulation of the different actors in the tourism activity. The town of Ures, being the main entrance to the Region of Rio Sonora, could stimulate considerably the sustainable tourism development of this large area.
