摘要：Young adulthood is an important stage of development. Individual uses different regulation strategies during development, specifically goal engagement and goal disengagement. They also hold control beliefs regarding the means and chances of success attainment in different life domains. The current research had two main objectives. First objective was to establish factorial validity of the Georgian versions of developmental regulation and success control beliefs scales. The second objective was to study association of the strategies of developmental regulation with success control beliefs. By use of confirmatory factor analysis factorial validity of developmental regulation and success control beliefs scales were established. Further, structural equation modeling was used to reveal association between developmental regulation strategies and success control beliefs.
