摘要：Nowadays, since most of the foods are highly processed, knowing their nutrition value and the human’s
daily needs are important to any person in order to maintain a healthy life. The paper present, in the first
part, the architecture, the comprising categories, the advantages and disadvantages of two web
applications that compute the nutrition value of food and the human’s daily needs, i.e.
SELFNutritionData application and Nutrition Value application. Based on their disadvantages, in the
second part of the paper, the Food Nutrition Value and Daily Needs (FNVDN) application was
developed. It integrates the computing of both nutrition value of food and human’s daily needs. This
application is easy and intuitive to use, and it is highly adaptive to the changes made in its databases.
