摘要：The objective of this lawful limitations study :
about official teachers personnel administration , is to
explore concepts, principles of law theory and more related
researches. To find out the structural problems of official
teachers personnel and educational commissionaires’
management; to compare with other countries. After that
,to discover the proper way to adjust the principles of law of
personnel administration to apply suitably to Thai
educational society.
Research’s result has shown that committees’ consideration
role has caused the problem of teachers development
administration in local areas, teachers transferring or
teachers nomination and add more their salaries. The
committees have authority to permit these cases.
