摘要：The expansion of transnational corporations is significant in the last century. Transnational corporations
exert a strong influence on the globalized economy. The market and the forces that determine it are not influenced
by a political attitude that marks today's globalization, but the political decisions themselves, that followed the
course of economic evolutions, a trend always given by multinational corporations. The human resources of
multinational companies have played an essential role in supporting this development, for which they have
developed special programs for their loyalty and interest, such as Google, presented in this paper.
