摘要：In the context of increasing interregional competition and the impact of globalization processes, central
and regional authorities are confronted with the issue of improving the regional management system aimed at
identifying effective mechanisms and methods for regulating territories that will contribute to their
competitiveness. The basis for efficient regional management should be implemented in line with the special
regional policy aimed at transforming the region's competitive potential into a sustainable development factor
capable of ensuring the transition of the economic system to a new, high-quality operation.
