摘要：This paper examines the relationship between economic crises and discretionary and especially nondiscretionarypublic policy measures to support economic developments as a result of the onset andmanifestation of economic crises throughout the world. For methodological simplification we chose the periodfrom 2000 to 2018. Thus, the article tries to extract a series of practical and theoretical elements regarding thetwo issues addressed: economic crises and automatic stabilizers.
