  • 摘要:India is an agricultural country where a large number of food products are produced every year namely rice, ragi, jowar, cereals, pulses and other grains. Identification of each type of grain is a challenging task which needs expert knowledge. An efficient automated system, which can identify the grain type, is a topic of research from many years. The process of food grain identification includes image acquisition, pre-processing, data reduction and classification. In this paper, a study of the various techniques adapted till date to identify food grain is done.
