摘要：In this paper we introduce some concepts in graph theory to introduce new method for colouring edges
and vertices of graph. This method has two types first related to vertices of the graph and second related to cycles. This
method depend on the theory in our paper "Family of Disjoint Sets and Its Applications", with suitable changes.
