摘要:The construction industry is one industry that is still lagging behind compared toother industries,
especially in the field of technology. Therefore the constructionindustry is trying to improve itselfso that it is not too far
behind other industriesbytrying to continue to utilize the development of information technology. The use
ofInformation and Communication Technology (ICT) is expected to reduce time inprocessing data and increase
productivity. Applications and software for ICTproducts are also expected to help improve operational activities
throughcommunication from construction information to effective and coordinated decisionmaking. Based on this,
inthe process there are barriersand opportunities thatoccur in the utilization of ICT in construction project management,
so it isnecessary to evaluate the use of ICT in the use of mobile-based applications calledCIS in the performance and
monitoring
phase of the PT "ABC" project. The ICTsystem evaluation method in this study uses the PIECESmethod which has 5
indicatorsas opportunitywith each result and its classification as follows;Performance: 84.26% (Opportunity
tobeSuccessful), Information:84.26%(Opportunity tobe Successful), Information: 83.58% (Opportunityto
beVerySuccessful),Control and Security: 82.98% (Opportunity tobe Successful),Efficiency: 78.30% (Opportunity
tobequite
Successful), Service: 82.51%(Opportunity tobe Successful). And theEconomyindicator: 65.96% (Opportunitytobe Not
Successful)is theonly one that is included as an indicator of the barriersthat exist in the use of the use of ICT progress,
related to the Reusability of only65.53% and supporting resources of 66.38%.
