摘要:We reported about relationship between teacher quality and achievement of
student in term of sociology subject at Senior High School 12, Medan-Indonesia.
The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between quality of teacher
and achievement value’s student on sociology subject. The research method is
explanatory method with 65 students as respondents. The data was collected by
using questionnaire technique. Then, data was analyzed with SPSS program. The
results show that the quality of teacher may affect the achievement value of students.
The quality of teacher relates to many factors such as using the reference book,
preparing lecture material, competence in sociology field and good interaction
between student and teacher.
