摘要：This Study aims to analyze strategic plan for IT in the business GIFTCARD INDONESIA, which can provide guidance in managing IT resources to meet the needs of all business processes, supporting the development of business and improve efficiency. By using the IT Strategic Planning framework, with the input of external and internal business and IT environment. This study also use Critical Success Factor to measure current portfolio application and create future portfolio application. IT Strategic Plan that resulted from this research, defines the structure of the IT organization and the IT infrastructure to support the new development of IT services, which can be implemented in supporting the advancement of the business.
