摘要：La tesis a defender en las líneas que siguen se puede sintetizar de la siguiente manera: la ética yla justicia desde Latinoamérica en la actualidad debe incorporar las perspectivas de género para surealización. Para ello, primero, se expone lo que se ha entendido por ética y justicia desde laantigüedad hasta la contemporaneidad; segundo, se argumenta como se debe entender la ética desdeLatinoamérica en actualidad frente a las necesidad propias de nuestro contexto.

For this, first, I exposewhat has been understood by ethics from antiquity to contemporaneity; Secondly, I explain howethics should be understood from Latin America nowadays vis-à-vis the needs of our context.
