摘要:This paper proposes a method to enhance the small signal stability performance ofpower system considering high RESs penetration. A hybrid differential evolution-particle swarmoptimization (DE-PSO) is used to design and tune DIPSS parameters. Eigenvalue, dampingperformance, and time domain simulation are thoroughly investigated to analyze the systemperformance using DIPSS based on hybrid DE-PSO and find how much RESs penetration levelcan be considered. From the simulation results, it is found that by utilizing DIPSS based onhybrid DE-PSO can enhance the small signal stability performance of power system withsignificant penetration of RESs.
