摘要：Know the context of environmental air pollution in the city of Bogotá, based on a
documentary research from the literature review of articles and doctoral theses, the
information gathered through the studies and measurements made, as well as
recognizing if the capital of the country of Colombia, Bogotá on passes the permitted
levels of pollution for air quality. The investigation distinguishes that in the city of
Bogotá high levels of atmospheric concentrations of particulate material are
established, which exceed the established by the Colombian environmental
regulations. Given the above, the operational, technical and legal capacity of the
District Department of the Environment and other district institutions should be
strengthened with respect to mobile sources.
