摘要：According to successful experiences with the implementation of Virtual Learning
Environments (AVA), we have this model to support the orientation of the process of
training and applied research in seed research. This pilot test began with a group of
leaders and members of the seedbed Phoenix, belonging to Uniminuto, Soacha Regional
Center, has spent six months in the training process research as part of their professional
practice. To bring this process to a high level, these students presented for the period 2016
2 of degree project presentation mode and research. The support consists in organizing
four units to give a guideline to the research process, a poster and a presentation for
events at local, national and international levels.
