摘要：The discipline of public administration is defined as an interdisciplinary field. This aspect of public
administration, which uses the theories, methods and approaches of the disciplines of political
science, administrative law and business management, has recently been cited as the cause of
public administration crisis. In this study, the question of whether interdisciplinary position of
public administration affects discipline positively or negatively. Since the establishment of public
administration, the relations with different disciplines are examined; the separation of political
science and administrative law from the discipline in the foundation period and its approach to
the management of the enterprise were examined. The relationship between the administration
and the management of the company, which was expressed as the most affected by the
discipline, was discussed and the positive and negative effects of these relations were discussed.
