摘要：Background: Nurses in King Saud Medical City (KSMC) being a second victim after made error. More than 50% of second victims were suffered from physical and psychological symptoms followed adverse events which lead to negative impacts on their performance, and ability to continue working. Heath care organization plays an significant role in support nurses who are difficult to coping after an event. However, little attention is paid from governmental bodies, system and structure to support the second victims after being involved in an event.
