摘要:This study was to develop a simple, fast, accurate and precise reverse phasehigh performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for simultaneousestimation of mycophenolate mofetil and tacrolimus in unit dosage forms. Inthis RP-HPLC method we use the Linear gradient elution using a Kinetex Polar,C18, 5 μm, 4.6 × 250 mm column and mobile phase was acetonitrile, phosphatebuffer, methanol and flow rate was 1.2 ml/min. The elution was detected andquantified at 250 nm using UV-Visible detector. The standard curves ofMycophenolate mofetiland Tacrolimus was following the linear relationship (r2> 0.99) within the analytical range of 2-7 μg/ml and 500-5000 μg/ml. Thementioned method depicted in this paper has good accuracy, precision, linearity,robustness and was suitable for simultaneous estimation of mycophenolatemofetil and tacrolimus.
