摘要:This conceptual paper after thorough review of literature developed model for outsourcing success
which is creating value for business through synergistic approach. Through partners’ compatibility
synergistic effect as what role organizational culture, same management and operating
philosophies, organizations are asserting for the success of outsourcing engagement. Framework
proposed in this paper providing a balanced framework for the success of outsourcing through
human capital as organizations have to retain human capital to create efficiency and reduce cost. It
is contributing to body of knowledge from new dimension. By harnessing the concepts of human
capital, knowledge sharing and partners’ compatibility organization can achieve outsourcing
success. In this stratum synergistic involvement of focal and vendor organization by having
rippling effect, create value for business which is the underlying objective to develop this model of
outsourcing success.
