摘要:The article deals with the problem of ethnocultural component of foreign language learning in a secondary school. The educational and methodical courses "Welcome to Tatarstan" and "Tatarstan and the World", which are designed for specialized training of native and foreign languages, are given as an example. The principles of the courses design are the following: technologization, creativity, systemacy, intercourse link, tolerance, etc. It has been proved that one of the necessary conditions to form a view about the studying region is integration of Cultural Studies as a science into the process of foreign language learning.
