摘要：The work presents a model of the organizations’ interaction in the framework of the regional scientific-educational cluster, based on the cost approach. When using the hierarchical structure of the cost management system, a new classification of cluster interactions and the clusters themselves was formed, which takes into account not only economic, but also institutional factors. In particular, the model of cluster interactions takes into account the key areas of the organization competence, playing a significant role in enhancing the competitiveness of educational institutions in the post-industrial economy.
