摘要：The present study investigates the effect of transformational, transactional and laissez-fair leadership styles on commitment to service quality and a cross sectional study was used to examine the relationship. The study utilized a quantitative research design Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to respondents. Three hundred and seventeen questionnaires were received from medical staff (doctors) of 43 hospitals from the province of Sindh, Pakistan. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results of the study indicate that transformational and transactional leadership styles have positive relationship with commitment to service whereas laissez-fair style of leadership has no significant relationship with commitment to service quality. In the last part of the paper results and implications are discussed.
