摘要：Introduction of modern information technologies into all spheres of life brought to formation of the new market segment – market of information technologies. The article considers the role of market of information technologies in development of world economy, analyses the main tendencies of development of market of information technologies and presents conservative, innovative forecasts and target prediction of development of this market segment in the Russian economy, considers necessity of state control of market of information technologies using methods of budget-financial, money-and-credit and administrative-legal instruments.
