摘要：The paper presents the theoretical and methodological aspects of health capital formation as a component of economic security of the territory. The tendencies of health capital development in connection with social and economic trends of modern Russian development are analyzed. The authors offer some ways of improving the methodological approach, namely application of Keynes’s concept of uncertainty about the economic future. The formula of calculation of health potential depending on a number of factors, determining the character of health capital consumption, is suggested.
