摘要：Development of small innovative enterprises (SIE) in Russia is an actual and important way of ensuring the sustainable growth of the national economy. Analysis of foreign experience of innovative institutions development, carried out in this paper, helps to construct the system of small innovative enterprises in Russia. It was outlined in the paper that main directions of SIEs development will be linked mainly with scientific researches and short-scale production. Prospects of Russian small innovative enterprises are discussed.
