摘要：This study aims to analyze how theoretically and empirically the factors of Corporate Governance, Ownership Structure and Firm Characteristics have an impact on Financial Performance. Agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014 - 2018 as a research sample. In general, the results of the study indicate that there is a significant and positive influence of Corporate Governance on Financial Performance, which means that the better Corporate Governance will improve Financial Performance. There is no significant effect of Ownership Structure on Financial Performance. There is a significant and negative influence of Firm Characteristic on Financial Performance, this means that the higher Firm Characteristic will decrease Financial Performance..
