摘要：El embarazo adolescente en México implica derechos sexuales, reproductivos y humanos. En el presente trabajo se documentan la prevalencia y factores asociados al embarazo adolescente de las mujeres de 20 a 29 años sexualmente iniciadas, según se trate de hablantes de lengua indígena o con pertenencia étnica. Y por su peso en la ocurrencia del fenómeno bajo estudio, también se identifican los elementos vinculados a las uniones tempranas. Utilizando la Encuesta Nacional de la Dinámica Demográfica (Enadid, 2014) se llevó a cabo un análisis estadístico univariado, bivariado y multivariado. Los resultados muestran que existen diferencias significativas en los indicadores de salud reproductiva de las mujeres hablantes de lengua indígena y con pertenencia étnica, lo que se refleja en su comportamiento reproductivo y en sus patrones de nupcialidad..
其他摘要：Teen pregnancy in Mexico involves sexual, reproductive, and human rights. This article documents the prevalence of and factors associated with the teen pregnancies of sexually active women between the ages of 20 and 29 who are indigenous language speakers or belong to an ethnic group. Due to their weight in the phenomenon under study, the authors also identify elements linked to early conjugal unions. Using the 2014 National Survey on the Demographic Dynamic (Enadid), they do a univariate, bivariate, and multivariate statistical analysis. The results show that significant differences exist among the indicators for reproductive health of female indigenous-language speakers who belong to an ethnic group, differences reflected in their reproductive behavior and their marriage rates.
