摘要：El presente texto tiene como objetivo analizar el papel que la defensoría pública desempeña dentro del Sistema Integral de Justicia para Adolescentes desde un enfoque antropológico, que contribuya a comprender cuál es la relación que dicha institución guarda con la cultura jurídica en la cual nuestro país se inscribe. De manera específica, el argumento central consiste en que para operar de manera efectiva la defensa pública dentro del sistema penal acusatorio no solo se requiere que goce de autonomía institucional, sino que, como institución oficial, reconozca y modifique la impronta del ethos inquisitorial que el Estado mexicano ha establecido históricamente en la relación con las personas menores de edad acusadas de infringir la ley y de la cual, como institución estatal, continúa abrevando..
其他摘要：The purpose of this text is to analyze the role that the public defender plays specifically within the Integral System of Justice for Adolescents from an anthropological perspective, which will help to understand the relationship that this institution has with the legal culture in which our country sign up. The central argument is that in order to effectively operate public defense within the accusatory criminal system not only are they required to enjoy institutional autonomy, but to recognize and modify the imprint of the inquisitorial ethos that the Mexican State has historically established in the relationship with minors accused of breaking the law, which they continue to water.
