摘要:The current case study is conducted to investigate the partially heated rectangular domain's flow field characteristics. As a barrier to incoming cold fluid, the uniformly heated square shaped cylinder is taken. The magnetic field is used against the fluids flow. The fluid is released from the left wall of the channel with the parabolic velocity profile while the right wall is held with Neumann condition . In order to meet the thermal individualities, an energy equation is introduced. In terms of coupled partial differential system, the physical concept is interpreted. The solution is obtained through the process of finite element method and demonstrated by means of contour plots and line graph. The hydrodynamic forces are evaluated by using the line integration around the outer surface of heated square shaped obstacle. Drag and lift forces are discussed in both magnetized and non-magnetized flow fields in terms of drag coefficient and lift coefficient. It is noticed that the drag force experienced by uniformly heated square cylinder is an increasing function of magnetic field parameter..
