摘要：Se presenta un estudio realizado en un museo interactivo deciencia y tecnología, que consistió en la caracterización del diálogo comouna forma de comunicación entre dos actores, el guía y el estudiante através de la identificación y el análisis de las preguntas surgidas en cuatroactividades pedagógicas; donde participaron estudiantes de 12 a 17 añosprincipalmente. En el proceso de observación sistemática, se identificaron yse analizaron 244 preguntas. Se concluye que hay una fuerte tendencia alempleo de preguntas de contenido por parte del guía, que son las preguntasque poco favorecen el diálogo, pues en ellas, se busca indagar porrespuestas cortas y algunas definiciones. No obstante, es importanteresaltar que se realizan preguntas generadoras de reflexiones quefavorecen el diálogo, aunque en un porcentaje menor que las inicialesmencionadas.
其他摘要：It is introduced a study made in an interactive center ofscience and technology consisted in the characterization of the dialogue as aform of communication given among two individuals: the guide and thestudent. This was achieved through the analysis and identification of thequestions appeared during four pedagogical activities where students ofages between 12 and 17 years old did participate. During the systematicobservation process, 244 questions where identified and analyzed. It isconcluded, that there is a strong tendency to the use of questions of thecontent by part of the guide, these questions are which less favor thedialogue, thus on them, it is being seek for short answers and somedefinitions. Nevertheless, it is important to highlight that there arequestions being make to generate exercise of thought that favor thedialogue, although in a lower percentage than the first mentioned.
