摘要：Este trabalho teve por objetivo descrever a aplicação deproblemas investigativos em aulas teóricas de Química visandocompreender a influência do ambiente escolar na formação do espíritocientífico. O principal referencial teórico que norteou esta pesquisa foiGaston Bachelard. Observou-se que as atividades de investigação tiveramimpactos distintos em duas escolas públicas e uma particular. Osestudantes da escola particular utilizavam os conceitos que aprendiam paraelaborar suas hipóteses, evidenciando maior rendimento escolar. Por outrolado, demonstraram menor satisfação em participar e menor liberdade como trabalho investigativo. Os estudantes das escolas públicas, por sua vez,sentiram maior satisfação em realizar investigações e mostraram maiorliberdade na criação de ideias, porém foram prejudicados por problemasconceituais. Os dados e as reflexões desta pesquisa permitem sugerir quepara a formação do espírito científico são necessários conhecimento sobre anatureza da ciência, domínio de conceitos científicos e disposição para aimersão em problemas científicos.
其他摘要：This study aimed to describe the application of investigativeproblems in chemistry theoretical classes to understand the influence ofschool environment in the formation of scientific spirit. The main referencethat guided this research was Gaston Bachelard. It was noted thatinvestigative activities have different impacts in two public schools and oneprivate. Students in private schools used the concepts they learned todevelop their hypotheses, showing greater academic performance. On theother hand, they showed less satisfaction to participate and less freedom inthe investigative work. The public school students felt more satisfaction inthe investigation and showed greater freedom in creating ideas, but werehampered by conceptual problems. The results of this research suggest thatto formation of the scientific spirit are needed: knowledge about the natureof science, the domain of scientific concepts and a desire to immersethemselves in scientific problems.
