摘要:Globalization tendencies appeared as an outcome of scientific and technological innovationsin 20th century impact the Human Resource as well as most other department n acompany. Like in many companies, HR department accompanied by the change of sectoralstructure in a business is the main element which determines Economic Performance. This studyinvestigates the causal relations between company performance and its HRM Department.
