摘要:Classical vector control for the permanent magnetsynchronous motor (PMSM) is depending upon the mathematicalmodel and hence any problem in the machine parameters or ACdrives will deteriorate the performance of the drive system over all.So this paper suggested using four PI current controllers toimprove the performance characteristics of the drive system.Three of them is used in the bang-bang control of inverter by rateof one for each phase and the other PI current controller is used toimproving the q- axis current component at sudden applies orremoves the load. this reflects the performance over all andimprove it. The MATLAB Simulink is used to simulating the drivesystem. The proposed model of the vector control is compared toclassical vector control to show the improvement occurs in theperformance characteristics of the system with proposal method.The proposed cases are simulated through the MATLAB programand are operated in the laboratory. The laboratory results agreedwith the simulating results that have been obtained.
