摘要:Due to the time varying and switching nature of theLuo converters, their dynamic behavior becomes highly nonlinear.Conventional controllers require a good knowledge of thesystem and accurate tuning in order to obtain the desiredperformances. A fuzzy logic controller neither requires a precisemathematical model of the system nor complex computations.Swarm Intelligence [SI] is a branch of evolutionary computingthat inspired by the behavior of swarms in real life to search oroptimizean objective function. The Dragonfly Algorithm [DA] isa global optimization technique based on swarm intelligence.Two essential phases of optimization, exploration andexploitation, are designed by modelling the social interaction ofdragonflies in navigating, searching for foods, and avoidingenemies when swarming dynamically or statistically. Thedrawback of fuzzy controller has the tendency to oscillate aroundthe final operating point. Proper selection of the normalizinggains for the inputs avoids oscillations. Hence DragonflyAlgorithm, an optimization technique is required to tune thefuzzy parameters. An attempt has been made in this work todesign, simulate and implement, fuzzy logic and DA-fuzzy logiccontrollers for regulating the output voltage. The performancesof the Luo converter with Fuzzy and DA-Fuzzy controllers areevaluated under line and load disturbances using Matlab-Simulink based simulation and compared. Comparison clearlyshows the superiority of the proposed Dragonfly Algorithm overfuzzy controller applied for the control of Luo converter.
