摘要：Quality Assurance (QA) is generally defined as part of the overall management function that determines and implements the quality policy (intentions and directions of the organization). This paper discusses the different definitions of quality, quality terminologies, accreditation, and comparison between the different approaches to quality assurance as applied in the Sultanate of Oman and in the Philippines according to their specific purposes.
