摘要：El mundo ha evolucionado en la forma y el fondo en como interactuamos como sociedad, a partir de la incursión de internet, el estilo de vida mismo evoluciono mucho más allá de lo que habíamos experimentado en el pasado con las revoluciones industriales y tecnológicas. Esta nueva era ha transformado de fondo la percepción que tenemos del entorno que nos rodea y de cómo percibimos la realidad. La interacción natural que existe entre sociedad, información, economía y gobierno, evolucionó radicalmente en tan sólo la primera década del nuevo siglo. Sin embargo no todas las estructuras conformadas a partir de la sociedad; organizaciones, instituciones, sistemas y gobiernos, han sido capaces de adaptarse a estos cambios constantes, donde el acceso a la información ilimitado de un mundo global, le permite a una nueva generación de nuestra sociedad anhelar un futuro distinto al que nuestros mismos gobiernos han planteado para nosotros y las nuevas generaciones.
