摘要：Esta investigación tiene como fin modelar mediante la técnica de cluster analysis los resultados obtenidos del estudio del engagement realizado en particular en tres institutos de investigación del Área Económico Administrativa (IIESCA, IIESES y Contaduría Pública). La población censada fue de 37 investigadoresubicados en la ciudad de Xalapa-Veracruz, siendo a ellos a los que se les aplicó el cuestionarioUtrecht Work Engagement Survey (UWES). Con los resultados obtenidos se modelan los datos mediante el análisis de conglomerados, siendo esta una técnica utilizada en la estadística con el fin de agrupar las diversas variables que intervinieron en el engagement y así mostrar la homogeneidad de cada grupo y la mayor diferencia entre ellos.
其他摘要：The purpose of this research is to model, using the cluster analysis technique, the results obtained from the study of the engagement carried out in particular in three research institutes of the Economic-Administrative Area (IIESCA, IIESES and Public Accounting Department). The census population was 37 researchers located in the city of Xalapa-Veracruz, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Survey (UWES) questionnaire was applied to them. With the results obtained, the data are modeled by cluster analysis, being this a technique used in statistics in order to group the various variables that intervened in the engagement and thus show the homogeneity of each group and the greatest difference between them.
