摘要：Acest articol scoate în evidență mecanismul de dezvoltare a competenţelor digitale la studenţi, în cadrulstudierii cursului universitar TIC. Este utilizat instrumentul special, numit matrice a acţiunii competente, la fixarea unorelemente de dezvoltare a competenţelor digitale. Acesta include următoarele: cadrul situaţional; categoriile de acţiuni şiresursele necesare pentru tratarea competentă a situaţiei.
其他摘要：This article deals with the mechanism for the development of digital competences for students in thestudy of the ICT course. It is highlighted the use of the special tool, called matrix of competent action, to fix some elementsof digital competence training. It includes the following: situational framework; the categories of actions andresources needed to deal with the situation.
