摘要：El sistema interamericano de protección de derechos humanos se construye sobre la basede compromisos estatales para desarrollar esfuerzos que tutelen a las personas que esténen el territorio americano. No obstante la obviedad que parecen encerrar estas líneas, hayque destacar que no resulta tan claro qué debe interpretarse por “persona”. En el campojurídico, la referencia a este concepto encierra múltiples posibilidades que van desde lavinculación exclusiva con los seres humanos hasta todo tipo de analogados.
其他摘要：The Interamerican Human Rights system is built based on State’s compromises in order todevelop efforts to protect individuals in the American territory. Although this pictureseems to be obvious, the legal concept of person is not so clear. The reference impliesmultiple possibilities that go from an exclusive relation with the human being to everykind of analogic beings. This article focuses on the description of the legal rules of theInteramerican legal system in which the legal concept of person appears. For such end, wewill mention the main international treatises and examine the constitutions and the civilcodes of the Interamerican States.
