摘要：Este artículo propone analizar el despido injustificado en Argentina, describiendo suactual regulación legal y las posibilidades de reparación integral de los daños que éstagenera para el trabajador. Para ello se utilizará una estrategia fundamentalmentenormativa analítica, tendiente a evidenciar la necesidad de dar efectiva tutela a derechos ygarantías consagradas por nuestra Constitución Nacional y leyes nacionales en el marcode una relación laboral que se extingue.
其他摘要：This article analyzes unjustified dismissal cases in Argentina, describing its current legalregulation and the possibility of the integral reparation of the damages that it causes tothe worker. For this purpose, the paper focuses on the regulatory strategy, tending todemonstrate the need to give effective protection to rights and guarantees enshrined inthe Argentine Constitution and the applicable laws to the extinguish of a laborrelationship.
