摘要：El artículo aborda el régimen legal de los grupos religiosos y el sistema de registroestablecido para ellos en el proyecto de ley de libertad religiosa que el Poder Ejecutivo envióal Congreso de la Nación en 2017. Se comparan las disposiciones del proyecto con lasnormas actualmente vigentes y se analizan las implicaciones constitucionales de laregulación proyectada.
