摘要：El término seguridad humana hace referencia a la seguridad de las personas y las comunidades, y no al concepto tradicional que refiere a los Estados. Señalar a las personas como el objeto de referencia se amplía la noción de seguridad a una condición más allá de la existencia que representa la vida digna, el bienestar y la dignidad de los seres humanos. En el sexenio de Felipe Calderón (2006-2012), el país vivió una de las etapas más violentas de su historia contemporánea. La declaración de la guerra al narcotráfico caracterizó al régimen calderonista y dejó profundas secuelas en la seguridad de las personas. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar cómo dicha seguridad y los derechos humanos han sido amenazados.
其他摘要：The term human security refers to the safety of individuals and communities, not the traditional concept that refers to the States. It makes people the object of reference. This expands the notion of security to a condition beyond the existence represented by a dignified life, to a well-being and dignity for all human beings. In the presidential term of Felipe Calderón (2006-2012), Mexico underwent one of the most violent stages of its contemporary history. Calderon’s Term was characterized by an all fight against drug trafficking this has left deep aftermath issues in the security of Mexican People. This paper aims to analyze how such security and human rights have been threatened by Calderon’s policies.
