摘要：Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo de determinar el nivel del trabajo docente en equipo y su relación con el nivel de compromiso de gestión escolar en la Institución Educativa Secundaria Santa Rosa, periodo 2018. El tipo de investigación que se utilizó es el no experimental y su forma es el descriptivo y correlacional, el método de investigación es el hipotético-deductivo. El procedimiento para la obtención de los datos fue mediante la aplicación de dos cuestionarios en uno a los docentes de la institución referida. Los resultados indican que existe un 0.8 de correlación entre las dos variables, el cual implica una relación positiva considerable; de ello, se puede concluir que el trabajo en equipo docente influye considerablemente en el cumplimiento de los cinco compromisos de la gestión escolar emanadas por el Ministerio de Educación del Perú.
其他摘要：The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between teaching team work and compliance with school management commitments at the Santa Rosa Secondary Educational Institution, 2018. The type of research that was used is the non-experimental one and the form was the descriptive and correlational, the research method is the hypothetico-deductive. The procedure for obtaining the data was through the application of two questionnaires in one to the teachers of the referred institution. The results indicate that there is a 0.8 correlation between the two variables, which implies a considerable positive relationship; From this, it is concluded that the teaching team work has a considerable influence on the fulfillment of the five commitments of school management emanated by the Ministry of Education of Peru
